Ryan Cooney - Founder and Managing Member
Ryan is the Founder of Clean Path and a seasoned energy professional with comprehensive experience in the distributed solar energy sector who has acquired a uniquely qualified blend of community solar expertise over his 17-year solar energy career across several verticals including; greenfield and behind-the-meter solar project development, community solar portfolio development capital/acquisitions, state and federal regulation analysis, interconnection, and subscriber acquisition/management operations. Throughout his career, Ryan has been directly engaged in the successful execution of 37 projects, collectively amounting to 125 MW of projects. Ryan has held senior and executive positions at reputable firms within the industry, including Standard Solar (acquired), Correlate (acquired), Bluewave Solar (acquired), and AMSOLAR (acquired). His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Northeastern University.
Chase Feehan - Managing Member
Chase is a Managing Member of Clean Path and a dynamic entrepreneur with a multifaceted background encompassing startup founding, investment management, and advisory roles in both private and public market capital raises. His extensive track record includes active involvement in over 100 deals spanning various sectors. Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Chase gained valuable experience in investment banking, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and web development, which equipped him with a well rounded skill set and a deep understanding of finance and technology. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Texas Christian University.
